Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are custom made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final.

Return window: 30 days from delivery for defective or incorrect items only.

Return cost: Free — no return shipping required. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will send you a free replacement. You keep the original item.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at ABAFAMILYSTORE@GMAIL.com with a photo of the issue.

If the order was placed with incorrect shipping details, or if the wrong size or color was selected, ABA Family Store will not be held responsible and replacements will not be issued. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

If an issue affects multiple items using the same design, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame.
